Scratch removal and protection for a BMW from Hale
This blue BMW 5 Series came from Hale for scratch removal and a ceramic protection package. The original photographs show the finished car from the front and rear.
Refining the paint before coating
This project combined attention to existing scratches with ceramic protection. The two stages serve different purposes: polishing or suitable paint correction addresses marks in the finish, while a ceramic coating is a protection layer applied after preparation. The coating itself does not remove scratches.
For another vehicle, the safe amount of scratch reduction depends on the depth of each mark and the condition of the paint. Deep damage may require a paint repair rather than further polishing. Our paint correction service explains how we assess the finish; results are agreed around the individual car rather than a promise that every mark will disappear.
Ceramic protection after refinement
A ceramic coating supports water repellency and easier washing. Careful cleaning remains essential to look after the improved finish. Follow your handover instructions and use our safe washing guide as a maintenance starting point.
